Winemaking: Cold maceration for eight hours to extract all the aroma precursors and to achieve the desired color. Bleeding of the must and fermentation at low controlled temperature.
Appearance: Intense raspberry rose color, with a violet rim.
Aroma: High aromatic intensity, showing some notes of pomegranate, watermelon, blueberries and red-currants against a rose background.
Taste: Fresh and creamy mouth-feel; pleasant acidity leading to a long, fruity aftertaste.
Serving Temperature: Chilled, between 43° F and 46° F.
Pairing: It pairs with appetizers, tapas, rice, pasta, white meat, stews and fish.
